Asian trade, food fair & cultural show organizing committee reserves the right to refuse vendor booth and/or provide Booth to any Vendor /Organization. Asian trade, food fair & cultural show organizing committee decision is final in case of any disputes, complaints or controversy arising for Asian trade, food fair & cultural show event.

Booths will be allocated based on “First Come First Serve” basis. Asian trade, food fair & cultural show committee will select vendors as per predefined vendor selection policy which includes minimum and maximum no of vendors for a particular types of business.

Food Vendors will be selected based on the types of foods offered, the quality of the presentation, the vendor‘s experience with selling food at these types of events and by the date when we receive the application. Our goal is to have a balanced variety of high quality foods offered to the public at Asian trade, food fair & cultural show .

All vendor selections will take place within three business days after the application deadline. Selection results will be emailed to Vendors.
